Camp site and stall assignments are posted online. You may occupy your stall or campsite starting Thursday October 23, 2025 after 8AM. Camp sites and stalls must be vacated by Sunday October 26, 2025 End of Show.
Make sure and check your assignments up until the day of the show as changes may have to be made.

Presentation of awards will then take place at each Region’s awards ceremony. If you are unable to attend, contact your Region EW program chair to make alternative arraignments to receive your award.

Horse and Tack Stalls:
Trailer In Fee $40 per horse per day (if stalls are not purchased)
Overnight (Thurs, Fri & Sat) $95 per stall.
Day Use Only $55 per stall per day.
Shavings Must Be Purchased Thru Bookside 916-382-1403
No portable pens or overnight trailer tie ups allowed.
All overnight horses must be stalled.
