Camp site and stall assignments are posted online. You may occupy your stall or campsite starting Thursday October 24, 2024 after 8AM. Camp sites and stalls must be vacated by Sunday October 27, 2024 before 1PM.
Make sure and check your assignments up until the day of the show as changes may have to be made.

The final standings for the state champions of the English Western program will be posted at the link below upon the completion of an audit. Presentation of awards will then take place at each Region’s awards ceremony. If you are unable to attend, contact your Region EW program chair to make alternative arraignments to receive your award.

The show results will be posted and will be available to view on the HorseShowTime website at the link below. These results are preliminary and will not be considered official until the completion of an audit and the posting of the state championship results for the English Western program.

Come join us for the 2024 Year End Finals Show. The Year End Finals will feature riders from the English Western & Horsemastership programs as they compete in their state championship shows to determine who will be their program Champions.

Horse and Tack Stalls:
Trailer In Fee $40 per horse per day (if stalls are not purchased)
Overnight (Thurs, Fri & Sat) $90 per stall.
Day Use Only $55 per stall per day.
One bag of shavings will be provided per stall.
All horse stalls must be bedded with Pine Shavings Only.
No portable pens or overnight trailer tie ups allowed.
All overnight horses must be stalled.

RV/Trailer Hookups w/ water & electricity $50 per site per night

The facility has a limited number of trailers on site for rent.

Friday Banquet Social Event at 6PM. Tickets Required @$18 each
Saturday Banquet & Awards Ceremony at 6PM. Tickets Required @$20 each

All horses attending this event are required to be declared fever and mouth lesion free.

Entry Forms:
The official entry packet for qualified English Western and Horsemastership program competitors competing for the state championships will be available no sooner than August 15, 2024.
You will receive your packet from your Region or State program chair.
