A Message to Scholarship Winners from the CSHA Charitable Trust

If you have won a scholarship from the Horsemastership, Royalty, English/Western or Gymkhana or Stock Competition programs, you may redeem your scholarship by mailing a completed “Request for Scholarship Monies” form to the CSHA State Office. Funds will be sent to your school in your name within 60 days or less of the receipt of the completed paperwork.

If you did not receive a request form at the time of your award or cannot locate your form, print out the form below.

Mail your completed form to: CSHA Charitable Trust, 1330 W. Robin Hood Dr #D, Stockton, CA 95207

Scholarships awarded in the junior programs and not claimed prior to the winner’s 25th birthday revert to the appropriate scholarship fund.

Scholarship awarded to Senior Horsemastership winners not claimed within 4 years of award will revert to the appropriate scholarship fund.

Please review the scholarship procedures published in the CSHA rule book for information on use of your scholarship.

If you have received a scholarship from any other fund and are unsure as to how to proceed, please contact the Head Trustee at the address noted above.
