You may donate to your favorite CSHA Charitable Trust programs online with your Credit Card or PayPal account. Both are processed through PayPal’s secure transaction processor.
Or, if you prefer you may print out, complete and mail the Charitable Trust Donation Form to print and send it with a check to the CSHA State Office.
