11-12 Terry Konkle of Light Star Horse Transportation will speak. Terry owns and operates the largest hauling business in Northern California and has logged in over 2 million miles safely transporting horses. Terry will discuss pointers on hauling safely, state requirements, horse pre-travel preparation, feeding and medications, hours of hauling vs. resting, road emergencies and more. He will offer how to sign up for his “Getting a Class “A” license course with study materials and practice sessions.
